An Important Message to Our Clients Regarding COVID-19
As an essential service, Rocket Fiber is continuing internet installations for new residential clients and will be available to support any existing clients on site as needed.The safety of our clients and team members is the top priority of Rocket Fiber. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, Rocket Fiber will continue to monitor the situation closely and will periodically update company guidance based on directives from the State of Michigan and current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.
We will also continue to follow the company guidance issued on 3/16/20 until further notice, including:
- We are not welcoming non business-critical visitors to our office locations until further notice.
- We have suspended all in-person equipment returns at our business locations until further notice. If you are moving and have recently cancelled your home internet service, simply leave your Rocket Fiber equipment in your previous residence. Clients will not be assessed fees for unreturned equipment at this time.
- Some Rocket Fiber team members are continuing to support our business operations remotely as we transition to a gradual return to our downtown office. Please visit our support page to get in touch with us for your home internet and business support needs.
- Our team members are in the field to install fiber, service the network and perform routine maintenance as needed. Rocket Fiber field technicians are following the proper protocols to ensure the health and safety of both our team and our clients.
