For Home Internet Clients

How does this news affect my home internet services? 
Your home fiber internet services will now be provided under the Snip Internet brand as of 7/8/2020. No action is required on your part and no changes are needed to your home internet equipment or network connections.

Will there be any changes to the amount of my bill or how I pay it? 
There will be no changes to your monthly invoice or payment process.

How should I reach out for support in the event there is an issue with my home internet?

Will there be changes to my business network services? 
Your business network services will continue without disruption. No action is required on your part and your services will remain the same.

The purchase is part of Everstream’s strategy to provide reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity to enterprises in Michigan and throughout the Midwest.

What changes will I see on my invoice?
In May, your monthly invoice will be updated with Everstream’s logo and branding. In the coming months, Everstream plans to adjust invoices to reflect calendar billing on the first of every month. Until then, you will continue to be billed by Everstream as you were via Rocket Fiber.

In the event that you need customer support, please continue to call the 24/7 Detroit Network Operations Center at 844.847.6253. When prompted, press 1 for Technical Support. Then, press 1 again for Business Services. A NOC team member will serve as your single point of contact and work to resolve your concern.
